These are the sound, lighting and accomodations requirements for Irminsul.

SOUND

For small venue (approx. 20 – 75 people) with sound system provided by artist,
nominal cost to client will be included into negotiated performance fee.

For small venue (approx. 20 – 75 people) sound provided by client:
Two house speakers (hi/mid/low range in both), one stage monitor, at least 6 channel mixing board, 5k watt power amp and operator.

For larger concerts (approx. 75 – 300 people or more):
Two concert capable speakers (hi/mid/low range in both), one stage monitor, at least 6 channel mixing board, 5k – 10k watt power amp and board operator.


LIGHTING

For small daytime outdoor venue – none.

For small nighttime outdoor venue (weather permitting) – at least one fairly strong spotlight, or small rack stage lighting (gel cans).

For small indoor venue – at least one fairly strong spotlight, or small rack stage lighting (gel cans) and operator (sound board operator can do this too).

*House concerts – adequate ambient candescent light will do. Candles, even better.

For larger daytime outdoor concerts – none.

For larger daytime indoor concerts – at least one fairly strong spotlight, or small rack of stage lights (gel cans) and operator (sound board operator can do this too).

For larger nighttime outdoor concerts – regulation stage lighting and lighting operator.


ENVIRONMENTAL

Daytime outdoor performances – Performance area must be shielded from direct sunlight with a tent canopy, tree cover or some other adequate covering.

No performances will occur in exceedingly adverse weather conditions, or temperatures below 50 degrees F. or above 105 degrees F.


TRAVEL ACCOMODATIONS

Car travel outside of a 30 mile radius from performers location will incur a 25 cent per mile travel stipend.

Train, jet or rental vehicle travel costs must be included in the negotiated performance fee. This fee will be waived if performance is to occur in an area the performer is already in due to another engagement.

Boarding accommodations – Single bed, modest hotel (cost included in negotiated performance fee) or private residence.

Meals – negotiated on a case by case basis.
