A New Ensemble Drawing on the vast talent base in his home town of Salt Lake City, Utah, Irminsul has begun constructing a unique ensemble - consisting of a string quartet, percussionist, vocalist and his own harp & keyboards, it will be called CANTOS ENSEMBLE. Exploring ancient (Renaissance, Medieval), gypsy, modern and original music, CANTOS ENSEMBLE is shaping up to make a mark in World Fusion music. Strum In The Night There are volumes of harp lore out there, but some of the most intriguing stories involve invisible players. An anonynmous witness from Easton, PA, tells of aquiring some antique furniture for her new condo - including a Victorian era harp that liked to "play itself". She continues: "Not music persay, but every now and then I get a strum come out of it. It's the same with my 1860 flat grand piano, a couple of times a year the lowest key on the keyboard sounds out! It's very strange, I have friends who say when they come over that they feel so comforted and relaxed in my home, and others who say they get weirded out by being here." Fantasy or truth?
